the CiRBA Customer Portal

The Customer Portal provides the ability to:

  • Log & update support requests
  • View your requests, view helpdesk responses, and receive status updates
  • Search the CiRBA Support Knowledgebase
If you currently have access to CiRBA Technical Support (previously available through support.cirba.com) register for the new Customer Portal and you will be granted access shortly.
